This is going to be a new thing I do to let yall know about how I feel about certain things in the world .
Topic today Japan and Media :

First the important and very saddening Japan. Before I say this I want to make it clear that the tsunami that happened in Japan was awful and I hope that we can help Japan rebuild their country. What I dont understand is how this is all I can hear about with the media. I choose not to watch the news on the television and just read articles in the newspaper because the media is making events in the world too drawn out. There is a thing called informing the people and giving the people too much.
I read a article recently that talked about how the media has gone too far in telling the story of natural disaster. The article talked about how a news reporter kept bothering a family who was trying to put the pieces of there lives back together. Which is heart breaking in its self but that doesn't mean I should just kept watching and do nothing. It also talked about how the media doesn't allow people who went through the disaster to heal from the trauma of the disaster because they want a good story. New reporters will go as far as going back to the disaster years later to talk to same people ask them the same questions about the incident. When they should've trying to help the situation and help the people in need.
