This year Im seeing them again. I saw Va$htie wearing some in 2010(true trendsetter). Solange put some on this christmas and brandy brought her's back also.
I always liked Patra braids and i believe they can come back but the people that a can pull it off is a different note. It depends on your style it very afrocentric in a way.
